​APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Any use of our website and/or services, as a website visitor, a guest or a host, constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions and warrants that users understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained here.

Guests using the platform are in compliance with the Bespoke London Tours, part of these Terms & Conditions.

TERMS & DEFINITIONS:

In the present Terms & Conditions, these terms are used and defined as follows:

HOSTS: 
Hosts are the suppliers of Bespoke London Tours offerings. Bespoke London Tours hosts are defined as such when their profile appears online on the platform and they can receive bookings via Bespoke London Tours.

GUESTS:
Guests are the customers of Bespoke London Tours, using the platform to make a reservation or communicate with local hosts.

 

Legal entity

Bespoke London Tours is a Sole trading company, Located in EN5 4RS London UK.

Reservations (for Guests)

All reservations made via email to bespokelondontours@outlook.com.

Upon payment and confirmation  the reservation will be confirmed at the time and date chosen and with the requested host. This does not prevent Bespoke London Tours from requesting a change of host, time or date.

On Request bookings are subject to the host confirmation based on their availability or the one of the activity or tickets when relevant. Guests are committing to their payment.

A reservation is only valid when confirmed by Bespoke London Tours via e-mail.

Guests making a reservation with Bespoke London Tours understand our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling a confirmed booking

Once a guest books an experience with Bespoke London Tours  they have a 24-hour window after the booking request is sent out to cancel their booking without any penalty. A refund will not apply less than 48 hours before the starting time of the experience.

  • *If an experience is cancelled more than 7 days before the trip, the guest will receive a 100% refund.

  • If an experience is cancelled by the host, the guest will receive a 100% refund. 

*This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience.
