Bespoke London Tours

1. Applicability

By using our website, services, or making a booking—whether as a visitor, guest, or through communication—you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you understand and accept all terms outlined herein.

Guests making reservations through Bespoke London Tours acknowledge that they are entering into an agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

SUPPLIERS
Suppliers include, but are not limited to, guides, hosts, ticket providers, venues, and any individuals or organisations delivering services booked through Bespoke London Tours.
Each supplier operates as an independent agent. They are not employees, partners, or legal representatives of Bespoke London Tours.

GUESTS
Guests are individuals who book or participate in tours or experiences coordinated by Bespoke London Tours.

3. Legal Entity

Bespoke London Tours is a sole trading company based in EN5 4RS, London, UK.

4. Reservations

All bookings must be made via email: bespokelondontours@outlook.com
A reservation is only valid once confirmed by Bespoke London Tours via email.
Upon payment and confirmation, the reservation is secured for the agreed date, time, and requested supplier (if applicable).
However, Bespoke London Tours reserves the right to offer changes to the host, date, or time due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
"On Request" bookings are subject to supplier availability. Guest payment indicates agreement to proceed pending confirmation.
By booking, guests accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

For Guests:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and more than 48 hours before the tour) are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
All timing is based on the local time zone of the tour location.

If Bespoke London Tours or the supplier cancels the tour for any reason, guests will receive a full refund.

6. Supplier Relationship & Agency Disclaimer

Bespoke London Tours acts as a coordinator and booking agent for the individual suppliers delivering the services booked.

All services are outsourced to independent suppliers.
Bespoke London Tours does not own, manage, or control the services provided.
By booking, guests understand they are engaging with the supplier directly, with Bespoke London Tours acting only as an intermediary.
Bespoke London Tours is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence on the part of the suppliers.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
Bespoke London Tours and its suppliers are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during a tour.
Guests are solely responsible for their own safety, including when crossing roads, navigating urban spaces, or entering public areas.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform us of allergies, medical conditions, or mobility issues in advance. We are not liable for any reactions, incidents, or problems that may occur.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transport strikes, or third-party delays.

8. Code of Conduct & Right to Terminate

Bespoke London Tours is committed to a respectful and inclusive environment.

Any abusive, aggressive, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour toward hosts, suppliers, staff, other guests, or members of the public will result in immediate removal from the tour.
In such cases, the tour will be terminated without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings and to contact authorities in cases involving unlawful conduct or endangerment of others.

9. Amendments

Bespoke London Tours reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
